In principle, primary school graduates from nine-year compulsory education schools are directly promoted to junior high schools. According to the policy, all kinds of entitled groups are guaranteed to enter school first, and then new students are accepted according to the principle of living nearby. Graduates from other public primary schools in Xinzhou Street outside the old city directly enroll students in Xinzhou Junior High School, while Yanta Street directly enrolls students in Xincheng Junior High School.

Primary school graduates who need to attend other public junior high schools in different places shall be examined by the principals of the joint school where the primary school graduates are located and the junior high school principals who provide counterpart services in advance. Those who pass the examination fill in the Examination Form for Studying in Different Places, and the two principals sign and affix their official seals. If the receiving school does not see this form, it will not be accepted. After seeing this form, you should also review your qualifications again. The heads of the three parties are jointly responsible for the audit results. When the education and sports bureau verifies the qualifications, the junior high school in the outflow area will issue a statistical table of the students who move with them.
