Qunshuo’s company in China was established less than three years ago and is currently one of the most controversial companies in the country. He has always attracted much attention on the IT Company Query Manual website, and his comments have been mixed. One, some even curse (but I think cursing is always bad~~haha~). 1. Working in Qunshuo is quite hard. Because each task is personally accountable, if you cannot complete the task, you must work overtime. But don’t you have to work late every day? Generally speaking, new employees who have just joined the company usually have to work overtime until 8:00-8:30 pm during the probation period. Even if they have no tasks, they still have to read and write technical information. Because the company has access to the Internet, it is very easy. A lot of technical information was found. Augmentum is only suitable for people who are passionate about work, passionate about technology, ideal or ambitious, and patient. Ask yourself, if you feel that you do not meet the above points, then you can basically consider other companies, because this is not a good fit. Work intensity: The work intensity is high. It is undeniable that the work at Augmentum is quite intense, with 50-60 hours a week (this is the average calculated from my weekly report) of "working time" (including eating, hanging out, dazing, and lunch breaks). Therefore, students who are not "passionate" about computer software development do not need to think too much, because it is really hard here. But my personal thoughts on this point are: 1. As fresh graduates, if we don’t work hard, how can we get ahead? So it depends on everyone’s ideals.

2. Arrive at the company at 8:30 in the morning and have lunch at 11:30 noon. Generally, work is required to start at 2:00 pm, so you can take a nap during the period. The rule is to get off work at 5:30 pm, but not until the evening Have dinner at 5:30---6:30, then continue to finish work, it will be almost 8:30. But I saw that some of their project teams left after get off work, so whether you have to work overtime depends on which project team you are in. If the project progress is tight and waiting for the release, I heard that there are people who work until the early morning if necessary. But please believe that your project is not waiting for Release every day.

In fact, generally speaking, even if you work overtime every day, it is more than an hour of overtime (if you count your meal and lunch break as overtime, it will not be this number, but I think It’s unreasonable for you to ask your boss to pay you while you sleep~~), it doesn’t exceed 10 hours in a week~ If you can’t even bear this kind of hardship, 5555~~then find another job~ ~Qunshuo is really not suitable for you~~

2. Qunshuo’s salary. The salary gap at Qunshuo is huge. Unlike some companies, which are one-size-fits-all, they set salaries based on individual abilities. You can also see that during our school recruitment, some of the offers we received differed by more than 1K. Please don’t be surprised about this haha~~ If the starting salary is slightly lower, at least it means that your ability has met the company’s basic requirements. Of course, if you have a high starting salary, don't be complacent, because you have to make sure that your ability can definitely reach this salary. If you perform poorly after joining the company, or are very different from what you showed during the interview, then you will probably be fired. It’s dangerous~~ The company likes people with a bit of personality and ideas, but they are definitely not arrogant. If they are always unruly, it may be another fate~~

3. The welfare status of the company The company provides all the benefits stipulated by the state, but apart from the daily subsidy of 9 yuan, there are no additional communication expenses, transportation expenses, and taxi expenses. But I think it is quite reasonable and can be calculated this way. Let's compare it with Huawei (Huawei is China's telecommunications leader, and it's well known that its employees have high incomes. Although the two companies are not comparable in terms of current strength, Huawei has a history of nearly 20 years, and Qunshuo is less than 3 years old).

Huawei's starting salary for fresh graduates this year is generally 3,500 (this is just a general rule. Don't tell me seriously that there are still people who get 4K in Huawei. The company issues annual 13 months of salary, and the last month is used as a bonus. I feel very unhappy about this. I think the bonus should be paid based on the performance of the project. 4. Internship benefits in the company. The internship subsidy provided by Qunmao Key (211) university students is 2K+ living subsidy, but they have to solve the housing problem by themselves. I think it's quite generous. If it wasn't very luxurious, haha~~ What you would have left every month would be more than all the subsidies they issue in other companies.

5. Qunshuo’s interpersonal relationships. I want to emphasize this here~~~Haha~~ Qunshuo is definitely not a gang or "triad" as some people say on the Internet. Qunshuo's interpersonal relationships are very simple, and every employee is very cute. Easy to get along with (this is based on the people I know, after all, I don’t know all Qunshuo employees), and the HR staff are also very enthusiastic~~MMs are also very PP~~

6. What does Qunshuo do? In Chinese terms, it is outsourcing, that is, a software service provider. At the company's quarterly meeting, someone asked whether Qunshuo would one day develop its own products and put them on the market? The CEO gave a negative answer. He said that in the future, the software industry will be a market with only services but no products. Why should we grab that hot potato? Haha~~~I don’t quite understand this, but I understand that Qunshuo won’t analyze market demand and then make its own products~~ As everyone knows, SUN has been investing a lot of money in developing its own Solaris, but last quarter It has suffered a continuous loss of 1.2 billion US dollars, and now Solaris provides free downloads. This is also a helpless move by SUN~~because it has been greatly affected by Linux~~

7. How big is Qunshuo? Qunshuo company has been established for less than 3 years. I think this is very good. The company is relatively young and developing quickly. It will provide sufficient space for capable people. Now the company is in a stage of rapid development, growing at the rate of Double every year. , but the current scale of Qunshuo is not very large. The number of formal employees may be around 500 now, and it will reach more than 760 in July. In addition, a Beijing branch will be established this year, and it is estimated that there will be about 100 people there. Nanjing branch and Xi'an branch will be established next year and the next year. Now Qunshuo does not have its own independent R&D building, but rents a software park. 9. Regarding the company’s Double-style system. You may see on some websites that your salary can double in just a few months, but don’t believe it. It does happen, but that person is definitely a great person. What he has done is something that ordinary people can’t do. For ordinary people, he can do it in three years. You will be very successful if your monthly salary exceeds five figures. There are also companies that seem to be famous for firing people, but don’t worry, they won’t just fire people for no reason~~And they usually fire people in the early stage, such as half a month or more than a month~~The later the fire, the more people will fire. The more likely it is to fall, the smaller it will be. So everyone can rest assured.

10. Is there really an English environment in the company? All formal occasions are required to use English, but there are not such strict requirements for interns, but I saw that their regular employees all use English, because there are Indians and Americans working together, so it is difficult to communicate. 11. Why do I hear that so many people leave Qunshuo? First of all, he never got a promotion or a significant salary increase during his work, so he found another job. Generally, he can get a very high salary after jumping out. After all, the model of Qunshuo is still very good (I personally think , it has not been studied by experts, hehe~~) On the other hand, the ability is not very good and the company fired me~~This is very helpless~~ Also, the ability is okay, but I feel that there is no room for a big Buddha in a small temple, and I do not recognize the company , domineering, have the same fate~~

To be honest, most of the company’s employees are graduates of prestigious universities across the country (just look at the campus recruitment list)~~ If we say that their skills are not good If you are local, let's go criticize China's damn education system~~Haha~~I think students from prestigious universities can represent the quality of China's higher education~~

12. What technology does the company use? I'm talking about development. I don't know much about automated testing. You may know that the popular technologies are used in the company. C /C++, java C#, .net and others. Then think about it again~~

13. What is the working environment like? I don't think it's very luxurious, but it's quite comfortable. Each work area has several refrigerators, microwaves and other appliances, and drinks such as coffee (+ sugar) and green tea are provided for free~~ The office has carpets, air conditioning, etc.~~ Every corner is clean~~ But not every office is Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, etc. If that were the case, wouldn’t the office become a kitchen haha~~~~
