How to adjust the scraper in high frequency welded pipe

1. Preparation tools: internal scraping adjustment knife, small hammer, screwdriver, ruler, pliers, etc.

2. Clean the inner surface of the welded pipe, ensure a good working environment, and avoid dust and sundries from entering the pipe.

3. Use a ruler, pliers and other tools for basic measurement, and determine the position and angle of the welded joint through initial measurement.

4. Adjust with the internal scraping adjustment knife, and carefully scrape and polish the angle and problem area.

5. Check the adjustment results. Check the welded joints one by one with a screwdriver and a small hammer, and make fine adjustments.
