1. Unit statement. For applicants or units that meet the requirements after examination, the Party Construction and Talent Service Center of the Municipal Party Committee should make use of official WeChat accounts such as "Hongdu Party Construction" to make timely publicity, and the publicity time should be no less than 7 days. For unqualified applicants or units, inform the reasons, and this application is terminated.

3. Policy implementation. The Party Construction and Talent Service Center of the Municipal Party Committee adopts the principle of combining regular and irregular, online and offline, and gives policy treatment to employers and outstanding talents who meet the enjoyment policy. According to the spirit of "Several Measures on Further Promoting Talent Agglomeration", the sources of funds related to policy treatment shall be borne by the municipal finance, unless the relevant policies have clearly allocated channels.
