There are four parallel guide rails on the lathe bed for the correct movement of the tool rest and tailstock relative to the headstock. 2. Spindle box (headstock): used to support the spindle and make it rotate. The spindle is a hollow structure. The outer conical surface at the front end is equipped with three-jaw chuck and other accessories to clamp the workpiece, and the inner conical surface at the front end is used to install the center, and the long rod can be inserted into the long hole. The spindle box of C6 132 lathe has only one speed change, and its spindle speed change mechanism is placed in an independent gearbox far away from the spindle, so as to reduce the influence of vibration and heat generated by transmission parts in the gearbox on the spindle.

3. Gearbox: The motor drives the gear shaft in the gearbox to rotate. By changing the gear matching (meshing) position in the gearbox, different rotational speeds are obtained, and then the motion is transmitted to the spindle through pulley transmission.

4. Feed box: also known as feed box, it is equipped with shifting gears for moving, which can adjust the feed and pitch and transmit the motion to the polished rod or screw rod.

5, polished rod, screw: transfer the movement of the feed box to the carriage box. The polished rod is used for automatic feed of ordinary turning, but not for turning threads. Screws are used to screw threads.

6. Sliding box: also known as the drag box, which is connected with the tool rest and is the control box of the lathe feeding movement. It can transform the rotary motion of polished rod into the longitudinal or transverse linear feed motion of turning tool; The rotary motion of the screw can be directly converted into the longitudinal motion of the turning tool to turn the thread through the "split nut".

7. Tool rest: used to clamp the turning tool and make it feed longitudinally, transversely or obliquely.

8. Tailstock: installed on the guide rail of the lathe bed. Install a tip in the sleeve of the tailstock to support the workpiece; You can also install tools such as drills and reamers to process holes in the workpiece; Offset tailstock can also be used to turn the cone.
