Matters needing attention in the registration of imported talents in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province in 2023

(1) Applicants can only apply for one position.

(2) The education, major, age, qualification certificate and work experience of the applicants must meet the qualification requirements of the positions they apply for, and be responsible for the positions that individuals choose to fill in.

(3) At the time of registration, applicants must carefully read the recruitment announcement and post schedule and sign the letter of commitment for integrity testing, carefully compare the qualifications of the positions reported, apply for qualified positions in good faith, and fill in the positions and corresponding information truthfully and accurately. If the materials or information provided by the applicants and relevant units related to the qualification for the examination are untrue, or the applicants maliciously register the registration information or forge academic certificates and other relevant certificates, their qualification for the examination will be cancelled. The consequences are borne by the individual.

(4) The applicant's academic qualifications (degrees) must be recognized by the state, and the majors filled in should be completely and accurately consistent with those written on the graduation certificate. Occupation appraisal refers to the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2022. Applicants' majors are not listed in the Catalogue of Career Guidance for Civil Servants in Hunan Province in 2022, which shall be determined by relevant state units and counties according to relevant regulations.

(5) For the 2023 fresh graduates and returned overseas students who have not obtained academic degree certificates, candidates should obtain the corresponding academic degree certificates and other original certificates required for applying for positions before July 3, 2023/kloc-0. Among them, the fresh graduates returning from studying abroad should also provide the certificate of academic degree certification issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before August 3/KLOC-0. Those who fail to obtain relevant certificates within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for introduction.

(6) If on-the-job personnel outside the state apply for the exam, they must provide proof that the unit and its competent department agree to apply for the exam according to the personnel management authority.
