Although the dealership and Toyota don't belong to the same department, the business relationship between them is very good, and the dealership often directly refers to Toyota to recommend the needed talents (that's how I entered, originally I wanted to join Toyota, but Toyota felt that I couldn't meet Toyota's requirements, but I could recommend me to its 4s shop with my own consent).
