1. Guiding ideology

2. Recruitment Principles

3. Recruitment positions, quotas and allocation directions

The county plans to recruit ***200 teachers in junior high schools, primary schools, kindergartens and vocational schools.

1. 60 students in junior high schools. Among them: 11 each in Chinese, Mathematics, and English, 10 in Information Technology, 6 in Physics and Chemistry, and 5 in Biology.

2. 126 primary school students. Among them: 34 in Chinese, 35 in mathematics, 30 in English, and 9 each in physical education, music, and art.

3. 10 people in kindergarten.

4. 4 vocational college students. Among them: 2 are in automobile inspection and maintenance, and 1 is in electronics and electrical appliances and accounting computerization.

The recruited junior high school and primary school teachers are assigned to other township schools except Wenfeng and Binhe (including rural primary schools in suburban areas), and preschool teachers are assigned to county kindergartens.

Ordinary high schools recruit full-time teachers in all majors and full-time teachers in education and psychology. Taking the "green channel" does not occupy the plan.

4. Recruitment conditions

1. Political conditions: support the party’s basic line, principles, and policies, love education, abide by the constitution and laws, have good conduct, and have no illegal or criminal records. Be physically and mentally healthy and obey the assignment.

2. Education requirements: ① Ordinary high school teachers are required to have a full-time undergraduate degree or above from a "985" institution, a full-time undergraduate degree or above from 6 normal colleges directly under the Ministry of Education, and a master's degree or above from other institutions ; ② Vocational school teachers are required to be full-time teachers with a bachelor's degree or above; ③ Junior high school teachers are required to be full-time associate degree or above; ④ Primary school and kindergarten teachers are required to be full-time technical secondary school or above.

Those who meet the above conditions must obtain a teacher qualification certificate (those who take the "green channel" are not restricted by the teacher qualification certificate).

3. Age requirements: ① Applicants for primary, secondary and vocational school teachers must be under 30 years old (born after July 1, 1981); ② The age for postgraduate degree or above is relaxed to under 35 years old (July 1, 1976) (Born after July 1, 1978); ③ The age of college student village cadres who have served in Tanghe is relaxed to under 33 years old (born after July 1, 1978); ④ The age when applying for kindergarten teachers is under 28 years old (July 1, 1983 born later).

4. Household registration requirements: Applications for teachers in junior high schools, primary schools, and kindergartens are limited to graduates with Tanghe registration. For couples whose marriage relationship has been confirmed (subject to the marriage certificate), one party is from Tanghe, and the other party is from Tanghe. It can also be extended to people outside of Tanghe. There is no household registration limit for village cadres and "three support and one support" personnel who apply for high school, vocational college, college students serving in Tanghe.

5. The applied subject should be consistent with the subject of the teacher qualification certificate. Those who hold a high school teacher qualification certificate can also apply for corresponding subjects in junior high schools or primary schools, and those who hold a junior high school teacher qualification certificate can also apply for corresponding subjects in elementary schools, but not vice versa. Those who apply for kindergarten must obtain a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate.

6. Personnel who have gone through the assignment procedures by the personnel department and enjoy financial support benefits are not allowed to apply.

5. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Recruitment procedures and methods for teachers in junior high schools, primary schools, kindergartens, and vocational colleges

1. Registration: 2011 From 8:00 on July 21st to 19:00 on July 27th. Applicants should hold their graduation certificate, employment registration certificate (fresh graduates who have not yet applied for an employment registration certificate, must provide an employment agreement when registering), teacher qualification certificate, ID card, original household register and copies of the above documents, file representative. 2. Qualification review: The county recruitment office will review the relevant documents and certificates submitted by the applicants. Anyone found to have committed fraud will be disqualified from registration. 3. Written test (full score: 100 points)

Written test time: 9:00-11:00 am on August 5, 2011. It is organized by the County Recruitment Office. The written examination covers educational subjects such as pedagogy, psychology, teachers’ professional ethics, educational policies and regulations, introduction to teaching methods, and new curriculum concepts. The examination papers will be written, prepared, graded and scored by experts from outside the country.

As of July 1, 2011, college student village cadres who have served in Tanghe for more than 2 years and "three support and one support" personnel who have expired their service period will receive an additional 10 points in the written examination.

4. Interview (full score: 100 points)

Based on the written test scores, interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores in the ratio of 1:1.2 to the number of subject positions. If there are decimals when calculating the number of people to be interviewed based on the ratio, the number of people to be interviewed will be calculated by adding 1 after rounding, and the next stage of interview will be entered. (If the scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher academic qualifications; if the scores are still the same, priority will be given to teacher graduates from normal colleges; if the scores are still the same, priority will be given to those who graduated earlier; if the above items are the same, all will proceed to the next stage of interviews).

On August 13, 2011, the County Recruitment and Education Office organized an interview and evaluation team divided into disciplines to interview the candidates. After the preliminary candidates pass the interview, the list of pre-recruited candidates will be determined in a 1:1 ratio according to the sum of the written test and interview scores from high scores to low scores. The written examination and interview will be conducted behind closed doors in accordance with relevant regulations, and the results will be announced to the public. Score inquiries will be conducted in accordance with the regulations for high-level recruitment.

5. Physical examination

The pre-registered personnel will be organized by the county recruitment leading group to go to the county hospital at their own expense from August 17th to 18th to participate in the physical examination of the specified items. Recruitment of high school teachers shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of registration, qualification review, interview, physical examination, public announcement and employment. There will be no written examination.

1. Registration: 8:00 on July 21, 2011 to 19:00 on July 27, 2011. Applicants must hold a degree certificate, graduation certificate, employment registration certificate (for fresh graduates who have not yet applied for an employment registration certificate, an employment agreement must be provided), original ID card and copies of the above-mentioned certificates. 3. Interview: The content of the ordinary high school interview is the current first semester textbook for the first grade of high school.
