Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration

Registration for this exam is conducted by online registration.

1. Submit the registration application. Applicants are required to download and fill in the application form (Annex 2) and submit the application by email (see form 1). Applicants can only choose one position to register, and it is not allowed to use both old and new ID numbers to register. The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. 2. Query the qualification examination results. Our bureau will publish the results of qualification examination through our website in three batches. (2) Registration confirmation

Applicants who have passed the qualification examination should register before 201February 23 16:00. Applicants who fail to pay the fees on time are deemed to have given up the exam automatically. Examination fee 100 yuan/person, mainly used for setting questions, printing papers, renting examination rooms, invigilating and marking papers.

(3) Print the admission ticket

After the registration is confirmed, our bureau will make an admission ticket for the successful applicants, and send the electronic version of the admission ticket to the e-mail address used by the applicants when registering. The relevant information of the admission ticket is not allowed to be changed privately, and the bureau will check the relevant information during the exam.

(4) Examination

The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview.

1. written test

The written test is organized by our bureau and conducted in Tianjin.

(1) content. This paper mainly examines the comprehensive ability and quality of candidates. The examination paper is divided into two parts: comprehensive knowledge and professional ability test. The full mark of each part is 100, and no professional written test is conducted.

Candidates' written test scores = comprehensive knowledge scores+professional ability test scores.

There is no designated reference book for this exam.

(2) Time and place. Will be published on our website.

Candidates are requested to take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket. When taking the exam, you must bring your admission ticket and ID card at the same time. Applicants without certificates are not allowed to take the exam.

(3) Results query. Our bureau will publish the written test results on our website within 3 weeks after the written test.

2. Interview and professional subject examination

Our bureau will determine the list of candidates to participate in the interview according to the ratio of 3: 1 of the planned number of recruitment positions and the written test scores of public subjects from high to low. At that time, our bureau will issue an interview announcement, specifying the list of interviewers, the interview time and place, and the materials to be prepared for qualification review.

The interview is divided into two parts: structured interview and professional subject examination, with scores of 100 respectively. Final interview score = (structured interview score+professional subject test score) *50%.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

1. After the interview and the examination of professional subjects, the candidates who enter the physical examination shall be determined according to the order of the final interview results from high to low and the ratio of the number of people in each recruitment plan 1: 1. If the ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of people planned for a position is less than 3: 1, candidates whose final interview score is less than 60 points shall not be determined as the physical examination objects.

2. The physical examination will be conducted in the designated physical examination institution at the cost of 300 yuan/person, and the specific time will be notified separately; Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced according to the final interview results from high to low.

3. Only after passing the medical examination can it be determined as the object of investigation for the recruitment position. Our bureau will form an inspection team to inspect the inspected objects, mainly to inspect the political performance and realistic performance of the inspected objects, and further to inspect the qualifications of the inspected objects. Those who fail to pass the inspection can re-determine the physical examination personnel according to the above principles, and then determine the inspection object, or cancel the employment of the post as appropriate.

(6) Publicity

Our bureau will combine the examination with the overall situation, and after the research of the party group of the bureau, we will select the best candidates and publicize them on our website. The publicity content includes the information such as the name, gender, work unit or graduate school of the person to be hired, and at the same time, the report telephone number is announced and accepted by the society. The publicity period is 7 days.

(7) Employment

The relevant employing units of our bureau sign employment contracts with the employed personnel, establish personnel relations and handle relevant employment procedures.
