For all kinds of talents who have full-time bachelor degree or above, or meet the needs of Shenzhen's industrial development, they can enjoy preferential rental and purchase of talent housing according to regulations. For high-tech talents, a closed circulation system of talent housing will be established, and a number of high-quality talent housing will be planned to be rented and sold with greater concessions. To this end, the rental and living allowance business for newly introduced talents in Shenzhen will be adjusted. The municipal and district human resources departments will accept the application for renting and living allowance for talents introduced on or before August 31, 221, and will no longer accept the payment of renting and living allowance for newly introduced talents on or after September 1, 221. The municipal human resources and social security department will, according to the relevant policy requirements, formulate a living allowance policy for doctors under the age of 35 who work full-time in Shenzhen.
