4. Selection Procedure

The selection procedure is divided into registration, qualification review, comprehensive test (written test, interview), inspection, transfer and other steps.

Registration requires the following materials:

(1) Fill in the "Jurong City Youth League School Open Selection Staff Registration Form"

(Can be obtained from Jurong People Download from social network/);

(2) Two recent one-inch ID photos without a hat;

(3) Original and photocopy of my resident ID card, academic qualifications and degree certificates.

Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity of all materials provided by themselves. Those who commit fraud will be disqualified from the selection. The selection ratio for this time is 1:3.

(2) Qualification review

The Municipal Youth League Committee will work with the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Editorial Office and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to conduct a qualification review of applicants.

(3) The comprehensive test will be conducted through a combination of written examination and interview. The contents of the written test include basic public knowledge (mainly including: management, economics, philosophy, law, Chinese, basic knowledge of public documents, current affairs, etc., the same below) and administrative professional aptitude test. After the written test, the top three candidates in order from high to low will enter the interview (the last three with the same score will enter the interview together); within three working days after the written test results are announced, the shortlisted candidates for the interview must provide their employer and supervisor. The department agrees to participate in the public selection process. If you are unable to provide proof within the specified time or give up voluntarily, you will be replaced in sequence; the interview method will be a structured interview. Both the written test and the interview adopt a percentage system, and the total score is calculated based on the ratio of the written test accounting for 40% and the interview accounting for 60%. The written test and interview scores are 60 points as the minimum passing mark. Those who do not meet the minimum passing mark will not be admitted.

The examination work is jointly organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Youth League Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The written test will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 am on March 21, 2015. Please refer to the admission ticket for the specific location. When taking the written test, you need to bring your ID card and admission ticket.

Applicants must go to the 818 Office of the Communist Youth League Committee with their ID cards on March 20 from 8:30 to 11:30 am and from 2:30 to 5:00 pm to collect the Admission Ticket. The results of the written examination will be announced on the Jurong City Human Resources and Social Security Network within one week after the written examination. The interview time and location will be notified later. Shortlisted candidates will be notified of interview results on the spot.

(4) Physical examination and inspection

For those who are within the overall passing score line, candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined from high scores to low scores according to the 1:1 ratio in the selection plan. . If there is a tie in total scores at the end of the selection process, the candidate with the higher interview score will be shortlisted; if the interview scores are also the same, an additional test will be taken to determine the ranking. The physical examination is organized by the Youth League Municipal Committee with reference to the physical examination standards for ordinary civil servants. The Municipal Youth League Committee conducts a comprehensive inspection of the shortlisted candidates’ morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity. In principle, the physical examination and inspection work will be completed within one week after the announcement of the overall results.

(5) Transfer

Based on the inspection results, the personnel to be selected will be studied and determined, and the transfer procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures with the consent of the unit and its competent department. If there is a vacancy due to failure in the physical examination or inspection, abstention, or the employer disagrees, etc., the candidates will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the total score.

(6) Others
