6. Bachelor degree or above, or graduated from college for two years (graduation certificate was obtained before 65438+February 3, 20041), and they all have permanent residence in Shandong Province. Full-time college graduates with bachelor's degree or above in 2006 (including graduates from universities outside Shandong Province who have not moved their registered permanent residence back to Shandong during their employment) have no restrictions on their registered permanent residence.

1, written test

Within the determined score line, the number of employees in different positions will be determined as planned according to the total written test scores of applicants from high to low. Applicants who are qualified for the interview fail to submit relevant materials within the specified time, which is regarded as giving up. Those who fail to meet the registration requirements after examination will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the written test results within the determined results (those with the same written test results are preferred). Those who pass the exam are required to pay the interview examination fee, 70 yuan.
In accordance with the relevant regulations of the central government and the state, graduates selected by our province to participate in the volunteer service plan for college students in the west and serve in rural areas and communities will be given 4 points for written test scores if they have served for 2 years and passed the examination and applied for civil servants. 3. Physical fitness assessment (only for police)
Applicants for police interviews must undergo a physical health assessment. Physical fitness assessment is a standard assessment, and the assessment results are scored according to the percentage system of four items, each accounting for 25%, which is not included in the total score of applicants. If the physical fitness assessment of the interviewer is not up to standard, the employment plan for this position will be cancelled.
Physical fitness assessment requirements and scoring standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Personnel Department and the Public Security Department. IV. Examination and Admission
Organize the personnel department to hire according to the plan, and divide the positions according to the high score to the low score (if the total score is the same, the person with the highest written test score will be given priority; Those with the same written test results are preferred. ) Enter the scope of assessment, and conduct equal comprehensive assessment from the aspects of morality, ability, diligence, performance and avoidance. If the assessed personnel pass the examination, other personnel who enter the scope will not be assessed. Those who pass the examination shall organize the physical examination in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. The standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial); Enter oneself for an examination of the police physical examination items and standards, the implementation of the Ministry of personnel, the Ministry of public security "public security organs to hire people's police physical examination items and standards" provisions. Those who fail the examination or physical examination shall be reported to the personnel department of the superior organization for examination and approval, and they shall be replenished in equal amount from those who enter the examination scope of this post in turn. Those who fail to pass the examination and physical examination after the replacement should be replaced in turn from other interviewers in this position, and should be reported to the higher-level organization and personnel department for approval. Fresh graduates who enter the scope of examination and employment are required to provide the original academic certificate or relevant certification materials before the examination.
Those who pass the examination and physical examination shall be publicized by the organization and personnel department according to the regulations, and put forward the employment opinions of specific units and positions, which shall be reported to the Organization Department of Yantai Municipal Committee and the Personnel Bureau of Yantai City for examination and approval respectively, and the recruitment and dispatch procedures shall be handled.
The personnel to be hired should obey the opinions of the organization and personnel department, and if they do not obey the distribution of the organization and personnel department, their employment qualification will be cancelled.
Newly hired personnel, the probation period is one year. During the probation period, the probation salary will be paid.
