Secondly, 200 yuan should not be the entry fee, but the insurance agent deposit of the company, which is generally returned after leaving the site. There is no such thing as a job in the back office.

Third, companies usually pay for back-office training, and there is no such thing as taking care of themselves.

But there is another possibility, that is, the company is recruiting bank insurance sales staff, which is included in the background establishment. (But it is unlikely, because as far as I know, most of the training expenses of bancassurance sales staff are also paid by the company).
