Responsibilities of Planning Commissioner (1)

1, presided over and participated in market research, intelligence collection, analysis and forecast, constantly put forward suggestions and ideas for business development and pointed out the development direction.

2. Pay close attention to the major changes in the legal and institutional environment and put forward corresponding countermeasures with a forward-looking vision.

3. Focus on participating in the demonstration, overall planning, marketing planning and coordinated implementation process of the company's major business decisions and investment projects.

4. Collect the business information of major competitors at home and abroad, analyze their cases, analyze their advantages and disadvantages, and make competitive suggestions after horizontal comparison with the company.

5. Summarize the suggestions of consulting experts and the rationalization opinions of employees, conduct screening and evaluation, and compile them into systematic business improvement plans and special reports.

6. Go deep into the company's internal investigation and diagnosis, find out the problems and deficiencies existing in the operation, put forward the improvement plan, and track its effect.

7. Assist other departments to formulate or review plans in marketing, advertising, publicity, public relations, corporate culture, mergers and acquisitions, recruitment, crisis management and litigation.

8. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the Minister of Planning and Development.

1. Write brand strategy, promotion and communication plan and large-scale event planning plan;

3. Accomplish the project plan independently, with fluent writing style, (1) unique creative planning ability and strong practicability;

4. Develop new customers and cooperate with the supervisor to complete the company's sales tasks;

5. Collect and sort out the relevant information of suppliers and cooperative manufacturers;

6. Communication, supervision and collection of normalization promotion activities;

7. Collect and sort out terminal competing products and industry information.

Responsibilities of Planning Commissioner (3)
