The Historical Evolution of Fangzi

Fang Zi built Qingzhou and poured out of the country in summer. The former site of the old country is near Zhishun Street in the early Qing Dynasty. Shang is the place where Yingzhou came to China. During the Northern and Southern Dynasties, it belonged to Shou Ping County, Levin County, Beihai County and Qingzhou City. In the seventh year of Tianbao in the Northern Qi Dynasty (556), Beihai County was changed to Levin County, and Shou Ping County was merged into Xiami County. In the first year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (58 1), Beihai County was restored and Beihai and Xiami counties were established. In the sixth year of Emperor Kai (586), Weishui County was established. In the 16th year (596), Weizhou was established. In the third year of Daye (607), the state was abolished, Xiami was changed to Beihai, Weishui was changed to Xiami, and the territory was returned to it.

In the second year of Tang Wude (6 19), he returned to Weizhou and belonged to Beihai, Xishui and Wenyang counties. In the sixth year of Wude (623), 14 county was abandoned, leaving only Beihai, Yingqiu and Xiami counties, belonging to Beihai County. In the eighth year of Wude (625), only Beihai County was left, and the territory belonged to it.

Physical geography of Fangzi District

Fangzi District is located at the junction of the second uplift zone and the second subsidence zone of Xinhua Xia in eastern China, that is, the northern section of Yishu fault zone. According to the general geotectonic division, it is located in the junction of the eastern Shandong uplift and the western Shandong uplift, a secondary tectonic unit of the Yishu fault zone, Changwei sag.

Gegou fault in Yishu fault zone in the west, Changyi-Dadian fault in the east, Penglai-Weihai fault in the north and the northern end of Hongdanshan uplift in the south. Most of the territory was covered by Quaternary, and strata developed in various periods, including Archean, Proterozoic, Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic.
