How to communicate well with students at work

First of all, we should respect students, talk to students on the premise of equality between teachers and students, be patient, criticize students with reasons and evidence, and don't easily conclude that students are good or bad. The ultimate goal of conversation must be to convince students. Pay attention to the teacher's attitude, don't be overbearing and condescending.
