3. According to the requirements of dynamic management of high-level talents, the high-level talents (except Class A talents) recognized in 20 19 in our city must be re-declared and recognized according to the requirements of the announcement. If it is not declared or does not meet the declaration conditions, the qualification of high-level talents in Zhuzhou City will be automatically cancelled and the preferential treatment services for relevant talents will be stopped.
