The business license handled by the agency is just a dead letter, and the follow-up procedures need to be done by yourself. To register a property management company, the registered capital should be at least 500,000 yuan, which should be noted.

6. The registered company and registrant may not come from the same region, which is not mandatory.

7. The property industry is a powerful enterprise. Relatively speaking, office buildings have the largest profits and fewer employees. If you can act as an agent for leasing business, your income will be more. But property leasing also needs to go through the qualification procedures. The residential area has the lowest profit and a large number of property service personnel. However, the quality requirements of office building property service personnel are relatively high, and the salary cost of personnel is 1.5-2 times that of residential property personnel. If it is a 4A-level office building, the gap may be more than three times.
