The emergency center has become an oasis of Liaoyang people's lives, and "120" has become the protector of critically ill patients' lives.

In order to further improve the level of medical first aid in Liaoyang City, improve the medical environment of the people in Liaoyang City, and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress with practical actions, the central hospital will use two years to build another 23-story first aid and ward building on the original site of the emergency center, with a height of about 103m and a construction area of nearly 40,000 square meters, which will be completed and put into use in August of 20 10.
