Huawei's recruitment process:

1. The candidate is recruiting official website's registered resume on Huawei campus and submitting the position. If your resume passes the screening, HR will contact you for relevant evaluation. After passing the evaluation, you will receive an interview invitation before the job fair.

2. Interview assessment generally includes comprehensive assessment, professional interview and business supervisor interview. Computer examinations are added to R&D posts, and group interviews and language assessment are added to some non-R&D posts.
