Where is the Construction Corps?

Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is an important part of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Its geographical distribution borders Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, with a border line of more than 2,000 kilometers. The land area of XPCC is 70,600 square kilometers, accounting for 4.24% of the total area of Xinjiang, accounting for about one-fifth of the total area of national agricultural reclamation.

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, referred to as Xinjiang for short, is located in the northwest border of China, with Urumqi as the capital. It is one of the five minority autonomous regions in China and the largest provincial administrative region in China, covering an area of 6,543,800 square kilometers, accounting for one sixth of the total land area of China.
