The army has poor communication with local governments and is inefficient. Many military schools have recruited civilian personnel. As a result, insurance was not done for more than a year, mainly because no one was specifically responsible for this matter and did not know how to do it. Insurance and hukou are particularly troublesome. We're trying. Let me have a look. The insurance and housing accumulation fund paid shall be calculated according to the minimum standard of Tianjin. We also tried to fight for it, but after talking to them for a long time, people ignored you.

3. Professional title evaluation

This unit is also out of touch with local authorities. Regarding the evaluation of professional titles, there is no applicable system specifically for civilian personnel. If you take part in the evaluation with the soldiers, it will never be your turn!

4. mentally

Since there is no army here, all the soldiers are your superiors and anyone can order you! Treat you like a handyman. Even young soldiers can tell you what to do. Think about it!

Anyway, this is the wrong place to stay. Some of our civilian staff have left. There are a few left. I don't think I can stay. One more thing, after the probation period, fresh graduates are not allowed to terminate the contract during the contract period. When the time comes, the military academy won't let you go and file with you, so you can cry!
