Sansui County is located in the east of Guizhou Province, northeast of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, bordering xinhuang dong autonomous county in the northeast, Tianzhu County and Jianhe County in the southeast and southwest, and zhenyuan county in the north, with a total area of 1.035 square kilometers.
