The selection targets are: industrialists, management experts, famous scholars and other famous people who have strength, status, attainments and prestige in overseas economic circles and science and technology education circles, care for and support the economic development of our city, and are willing to accept employment. Article 2 When hiring an "economic consultant", we should not only pay attention to its existing cooperation achievements with our city, but also pay attention to its comprehensive influence overseas. Who meet one of the following conditions, each unit can be recommended to the municipal government as "economic adviser":

(a) the main leaders of government agencies, chambers of commerce, trade associations and other major influences in a country or region;

(2) Chairman or core decision maker of overseas famous consortia, banks and non-bank financial institutions, multinational corporations and large enterprises;

(three) industrialists who have strong strength and great influence in some industries and regions of overseas industrial and commercial circles and have made or intend to make large-scale investments in our city;

(4) Economic management experts and economists who have great influence overseas;

(5) Other well-known celebrities overseas. Article 3 The main tasks of "economic consultants" are: to provide advice to the municipal government on economic construction and social development, and to introduce the development trends of foreign economy, trade and science and technology; Publicize and introduce the investment environment of Nanjing overseas, and carry out the work of attracting investment and attracting talents; Assist our city to further expand overseas economic and trade channels and support the development of overseas enterprises in our city. Article 4 In order to facilitate the work of "economic consultants", our city will provide them with the following courtesy and conditions: giving priority to inviting them to participate in major economic and trade activities in our city and important activities to formulate strategic plans for urban economic and social development; Implement the opinions and suggestions put forward by the professional departments and give a timely reply; The municipal government shall commend and reward the opinions and suggestions that have produced remarkable results after being adopted; Timely provide information on export-oriented economy in our city and arrange inspection activities appropriately; Facilitate their economic and academic activities in Nanjing; If I buy my own house in Ning, I will give you an appropriate discount. One of his children or immediate family members can arrange to register in Nanjing; The list of "economic consultants" and their major achievements are included in local chronicles. Article 5 The working procedure for hiring an "economic consultant" is as follows: the applicant submits the application materials, which are examined by the superior competent department, and then submitted to the Municipal Foreign Economic Commission, which, together with relevant departments, conducts a preliminary examination and then reports to the municipal government for approval. The appointment of "economic adviser" shall be conducted once a year in principle, and may be examined and approved separately when necessary. Article 6 The term of office of an "economic adviser" is two years, and he may be re-elected after his re-appointment, and the term of office is not limited. The renewal list shall be proposed by the Municipal Foreign Economic Commission in conjunction with the Foreign Affairs Office and submitted to the municipal government for approval. Seventh "economic consultant" letter of appointment is uniformly printed by the municipal government and issued by the mayor. Article 8 Hiring overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as "economic consultants" may be implemented with reference to these Provisions.
