Should Dingzhuang Village in Ding Yan, Changzhou Economic Development Zone be demolished?

According to the community renovation project of Changzhou old city announced by Changzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Changzhou will upgrade and demolish 95 old communities, among which only Zhanbei New Village, Zhanbei New Village South and Zhanbei New Village North of Qishuyan Street Community will be renovated and demolished, and Ding Yan ding zhuang cun of Changzhou Economic Development Zone need not be renovated and demolished.

Demolition refers to the act that the unit that has obtained the demolition permit demolishes the houses and their appendages within the scope of construction land according to the requirements of urban construction planning and the land use documents approved by the government, resettles the units and residents within the scope, and compensates their losses. In order to meet the needs of the overall urban planning or the construction of national special projects, the original buildings need to be demolished to realize the overall or rational utilization of the increasingly tense state-owned land resources.
