What do annealing workers do?

Responsibilities of annealing workers (joint workshop):

(1) Annealing workers should always check whether the control system of the fan and heater of the annealing kiln works normally, whether heating and air cooling can be switched normally, whether the output can correspond to the valve opening when air cooling, and whether the heater can work at a suitable power. If any abnormality is found, notify relevant professional maintenance in time to avoid temperature out of control.

(2) Regularly check the working condition of the transmission system of the annealing kiln, and notify relevant personnel in time if any abnormal phenomenon is found.

(3) Always check whether the heater and fan are working normally. Find abnormal phenomena, find relevant personnel for maintenance, and switch in time.

(4) Regularly check the broken glass in the annealing kiln, especially the lead head and accident treatment, and organize relevant personnel to deal with it in time, so as not to affect the temperature system due to too much broken glass.

(5) Before the fan in the high temperature area of the annealing kiln is started, the water cooling system should be adjusted to the normal state.

(6) Before starting the fans in all areas of the annealing kiln, close the air inlet valve or air outlet valve. After starting the normal operation of the fan, slowly open the manual valve.

(7) In the process of taking the lead, accident treatment or variety change, the temperature in each area of the annealing kiln deviates greatly from the given value. At this time, manual control should be adopted, and the temperature should be adjusted to be close to the given value and basically stable before being put into automatic control.

(8) In case of power failure, notify relevant personnel, manually turn the car when necessary, start the standby motor in time, and then check the fan. If it stops running, it should be started in time.

(9) If it is found that there is no glass at the outlet of the annealing kiln and the main drive is running normally, it shall immediately notify the tin bath personnel and check whether the glass is stuck in the annealing kiln. If there is any blockage, it should be dealt with immediately.
