Coupled with the rapid development of Chengdu in recent years, the gap between first-and second-tier cities has gradually widened. A few years ago, West University of Science and Technology was able to compare with Chengdu University of Technology, but now it really can't be compared, and it has been dumped a lot. Secondly, with regard to employment and job selection, large-scale job fairs are usually held in Chengdu. If you want to get a job in a big company, you must keep shuttling between the two cities. According to my observation;

First, many students of West University of Science and Technology will not choose Mianyang for employment, and second, the school's job fair will not attract good companies to join (the school organizes its own job fair every year), so to sum up, Mianyang is not a good place to attract talents;
