Establishing one's own unique thinking system and persisting in analyzing and solving problems with one's own thinking are the basis of building a knowledge system with one's own characteristics. It is undeniable that there are indeed a group of elites in universities, but a considerable number of people who come out of schools seem to be mostly standard products with uniform specifications except academic achievements. When they encounter any problems, they basically use the same mode of thinking to analyze and deal with them, and are limited by the rules and regulations they have memorized. Once the thought with its own distinctive characteristics is established, and the breakthrough point is found from the perspective of weather, geography and people, all problems will be solved. Cultivate self-study ability. Modern knowledge is constantly updated and devalued. No matter where we go in the future, we should always save our strength, which requires us to have the ability to learn. Master a skill. This is the simplest requirement in the whole knowledge system. If this skill is unique to you or few people have it, it is the icing on the cake. He also stressed, "I don't care about your diploma, I want a reporter who can write articles." Whether you are a doctor or a pupil, if the exam and the three-month probation prove that you can write a good article, I will hire you. If you can't write it, you can find another job. "Although what he said is not credible, it also reveals a truth: education level is not the most important. What is important is that people who are competent for their jobs and value their real abilities are rational, and it is also rational to hire people with real talents and practical knowledge regardless of their academic qualifications. Only in reason can the world and society develop healthily. As long as you understand these truths, there will be no more confusion and confusion about learning. You don't need to take some certificates or some academic qualifications. The certificate can only show that you have studied before. What really matters is that the certificate can't show anything.
