First of all, the university’s quality requirements for counselors and teachers.

Many of the counselors and teachers you come into contact with are student cadres, which is normal. If you are a university recruiter, you will also recruit student leaders under the same conditions. Because the counselor's job is a management position. The requirements for teachers’ eloquence and organizational skills are relatively high. Class cadres have a slight advantage over ordinary students in this regard. And because counselors often organize various school activities, they need to be versatile. It is best to have literary and artistic talents.

Of course, every counselor is not necessarily required to be so versatile. If there are not so many outstanding counselors when recruiting, the recruiting unit will appropriately lower the requirements.

So in the postgraduate stage, if you have the opportunity, you can strive for the position of class cadre. However, among the graduate students, there are many outstanding undergraduates. You cannot be the monitor in the undergraduate class, but it is more difficult to be the monitor in the graduate class. However, it is possible to be a class committee member. It is also possible to become a student leader in the Graduate Student Union. Eloquence and organizational skills can be trained.

Secondly, the salary of counselors and teachers.

Recruitment conditions are basically the same for each university, but there are differences according to the level and emphasis of the university!

4. Have strong organizational management capabilities, language and written expression skills, as well as educational guidance capabilities, investigation and research capabilities, and the ability to carry out ideological and theoretical education and value leadership work.

5. Have a strong sense of discipline and rules, abide by the law, be upright, have a decent style, be honest and self-disciplined.
