Announcement on the Follow-up Work Arrangements for the Written Examination of Civil Servant Recruitment in Hebei Province in 2022

In 2022, the written examination of civil servant recruitment in Hebei Province was postponed from July 9 to 10 due to the epidemic situation. After research, the following arrangements for the follow-up work of the written test are announced:

First, announce the minimum control score of written test, enter physical fitness assessment and interview candidates.

1. Check the physical fitness assessment arrangement and certificate review location. On July 20th, candidates inquired about the specific location of the certificate examination and physical fitness assessment on the recruitment websites of provincial departments, cities (including Dingzhou and xinji city) and xiong'an new area, and the candidates who applied for the provincial judicial department system inquired about the specific location of the certificate examination on the recruitment website of the provincial judicial department (/). The system certificate audit of provincial departments and provincial judicial departments was carried out in Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital; Municipalities (including Dingzhou, xinji city) certificate in the city audit; Xiong'an new area Certificate Examination was held in xiong'an new area.

2. Check the written test results. Before July 22, candidates can check the written test scores, the minimum control score of written test and whether they have entered the interview (physical fitness assessment) on the special website of Hebei Civil Service Examination.

Second, physical fitness assessment and certificate review

1. Physical fitness assessment. On July 23, according to the Physical Fitness Assessment Arrangement, candidates took a written admission ticket, a valid second-generation resident ID card, a personal health information commitment letter and a physical fitness assessment form (collected on site) to the designated place to participate in the physical fitness assessment. Among those who pass the physical fitness assessment, the qualified candidates for the interview are determined according to the ratio of 3: 1 according to the total score of the written test from high to low, and the last person with the written test score in the ratio enters the certificate review. On July 25th, the recruitment websites of cities (including Dingzhou and xinji city) and xiong'an new area announced the candidates for the post qualification certificate examination of the people's police of public security organs.

2. Document review. From July 24th to 26th (8: 30am-12: 00pm, afternoon13: 30pm-afternoon17: 30pm), the candidates who entered the interview will be audited at the designated place. Candidates who meet the qualification conditions will enter the interview after the certificate is reviewed. If it is found that the information provided by candidates during online registration is untrue and does not meet the qualification requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and those who practice fraud seriously will be held accountable.

Third, the interview

On August 2, the candidates who participated in the interview downloaded and printed the interview notice on the Hebei Civil Service Examination website. Please refer to the interview notice for specific test sites, time and related requirements.

Four, physical examination, inspection and publicity

In order to speed up the recruitment process, physical examination and inspection are carried out simultaneously. According to the employment plan and the comprehensive test scores of candidates, the candidates for physical examination and inspection are determined in the order of high comprehensive scores. Those who fail to pass the physical examination or inspection results are not necessarily candidates.

After the physical examination, the candidates to be hired will be selected according to the comprehensive results, physical examination results and inspection conditions, and the provincial departments, municipalities (including Dingzhou and xinji city) and xiong'an new area will publicize them on their respective recruitment websites for 5 working days.

Special instructions:

1. Except for the adjustment of relevant time schedule, other matters shall be implemented in accordance with the announcement of the joint entrance examination for provinces, cities, counties and townships in Hebei Province in 2022.

2. The epidemic prevention and control measures and requirements in physical fitness assessment, document review, interview and physical examination shall be implemented with reference to "Precautions for Epidemic Prevention Safety of Candidates for the 2022 Joint Examination for Civil Servants in Hebei Province". Candidates are required to hold a personal health information commitment letter (please download Annex 2 of "Safety Instructions for Epidemic Prevention for Written Candidates" issued in1July, and fill it out truthfully), and show the "Health Code of Hebei Province" to the staff. Candidates are requested to arrange their personal trips reasonably according to the above-mentioned time nodes, do a good job in health monitoring and personal protection, and prepare for taking the exam smoothly.
