First, the exam settings

The translation exam is offered in nine languages, including English, Japanese, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Korean/Korean and Portuguese. Each language is divided into one, two and three levels, and there are examinations for interpretation and translation in all languages and at all levels. Candidates must pass the interpretation or translation of all subjects in the language and level of this exam before they can obtain the corresponding qualification certificate.

(1) Interpretation test

Interpretation practice in the first-level interpretation examination 1 subject, and interpretation comprehensive ability and interpretation practice in the second-level and third-level interpretation examination. Among them, the second-level course of interpretation practice is divided into two professional categories: consecutive interpretation and simultaneous interpretation. At present, consecutive interpretation and simultaneous interpretation are only available in English, and only in other languages.

1. The duration of the Level-2 Interpretation Practice and Comprehensive Ability Test at all levels is 1 hour, and the duration of the Level-3 Interpretation Practice Test is 30 minutes.

Examinations of the two subjects "Comprehensive Interpretation Ability" and "Interpretation Practice" with the same language and level are organized continuously, and candidates are not allowed to leave during the intermission. The comprehensive ability of interpretation is tested by listening, translation and input of candidates, while the practice of interpretation is tested by listening, interpretation and live recording of candidates.

The first-level English interpretation test is only held in the first half of the year, the second-level English interpretation (simultaneous interpretation) test is only held in the second half of the year, and the second-level English interpretation (consecutive interpretation) and the third-level English interpretation test are held in the first half and the second half respectively. In the first half of the year, French, Japanese, Arabic and Portuguese interpretation exams were held. In the second half of the year, the first, second and third level interpretation examinations will be held in Russian, German, Spanish and Korean.

(2) Translation test

The first-level translation test 1 subject, and the second-level and third-level translation test are two subjects, namely comprehensive translation ability and translation practice. The duration of the comprehensive translation ability examination is 2 hours, and the duration of the translation practice examination is 3 hours. Candidates use the mouse and keyboard to input and answer.

The first-level English translation exam is only held in the first half of the year, and the second-level and third-level English translation exams are held once in the first half of the year; French, Japanese, Arabic and Portuguese translation exams were held in the first half of the year; The first, second and third translation examinations in Russian, German, Spanish and Korean will be held in the second half of the year.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Anyone who abides by national laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the translation industry, abides by professional ethics and meets one of the following conditions may sign up for the first-level translation examination.

1. passed the national unified examination and obtained the second-level translation certificate in the corresponding language and category;

2 in accordance with the unified provisions of the state evaluation and employment of translation professional positions.

(2) Anyone who abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC), abides by professional ethics, and has a certain level of foreign language can sign up for the second and third level translation examinations.

(3) Conditions for exemption from the first section

Those who have obtained the qualification certificate of level II interpretation (consecutive interpretation) may take the course of interpreting practice (simultaneous interpretation) instead of the course of comprehensive interpreting ability when taking the level II interpretation (simultaneous interpretation) examination.

Postgraduates who are studying for a master's degree in translation can only take the oral (pen) translation practice test and not take the oral (pen) translation comprehensive ability test. See Annex 1 for the list of 259 national MTI education pilot units (by the end of 2020).

Third, the application process

The registration certificate of this examination is subject to a notification system, and applicants can choose whether to use the notification system. For details of the notification system, please visit the column of notification system of qualification examination registration certificate of China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com, cn).

Applicants should apply for Anhui health code through the real name of "Wanshitong" APP, and complete the application according to the following procedures:

Candidates log on to China Personnel Examination Network, click online registration, enter the national professional and technical qualification examination registration service platform, and register users according to the procedures specified in the platform.

Before registration, applicants must download the "Certificate Photo Auditing Tool" from China Personnel Examination Network and use this software to conduct photo auditing. The registration photos generated by the auditing tool are automatically identified as qualified after uploading, and the examination institutions will no longer manually review the photos. The registration photos will be used for the admission ticket, the seat map of the examination room, the certificate and the certificate inquiry authentication system. Please choose carefully.

When new applicants register in the online registration system, the system will verify their identity and academic degree information online, and they can continue to register after the verification and registration are completed; Registered applicants must supplement and improve their personal information before they can continue to register. The types of documents for online verification of identity information are the resident identity card of the People's Republic of China and the social security card.

The function of registered users is open all year round, and the online verification results of identity and academic degree information can be returned within 24 hours at the latest after the information is submitted. Please complete the registration in time to avoid affecting the registration.

(2) Fill in the application information and

Those who registered for the first half and the second half of the translation examination after completing the registration will log on to Anhui Personnel Examination Network (www.apta.gov.cn) at 9:00+06:00 on April 9, 20265438 and 9: 00-September 6, 20265438, respectively, and click on the professional and technical qualification examination service.

If you choose to register for the examination through the notification system, you should carefully understand the application conditions of the relevant qualification examination, the certification obligations and contents required to meet the application conditions, the contents of the applicants, the possible responsibilities for false application, the verification power of the examination institutions and the cooperation obligations of the applicants before registration. I will fill in the information in the online registration system and sign the notice electronically (electronic text). Once submitted, it has legal effect and cannot be replaced. Examination institutions no longer require relevant certificates, and handle registration related matters according to them.

2. The contents of the application include:

(4) Willing to accept the verification of the examination institutions, willing to bear false legal responsibilities and accept the handling.

3. After the applicant is made, it can be withdrawn through the online registration system before the payment and registration deadline. After withdrawal, the applicant shall handle relevant matters according to the relevant regulations of the examination institution at the place of registration, and submit relevant certification materials. If the applicant withdraws, the notification system will no longer be applicable to this year's exam.

4. Applicants who have not chosen the notification system or are not applicable to the notification system should carefully understand the application conditions of the relevant qualification examinations, the certification obligations and certification contents required to meet the application conditions, the verification power of the examination institutions and the cooperation obligations of the applicants before registration. After I fill in the information in the online registration system, I will handle relevant matters in accordance with the relevant regulations of the examination institution where I registered, and submit relevant certification materials.

According to the relevant regulations, applicants should, in principle, register for the exam at their current workplace or residence.

The entry of the interpretation test is "Translation Professional Qualification (Level) Interpretation Test" and the entry of the translation test is "Translation Professional Qualification (Level) Translation Test".

(3) verification

Online verification. When applicants register in the online registration system, the online registration system will check the applicants' identity, academic degree and other information online through the government information sharing interface, and continue to register after completing the relevant data verification.

After the applicants submit the application information, the online registration system will check the academic degree, major studied, working years and other contents that meet the specific conditions for the application.

Candidates whose academic qualifications and degrees cannot be automatically verified or failed in verification can continue to complete the registration according to the system prompts.

On-site inspection. Applicants who meet the following conditions shall accept on-site verification:

1. The notification system is not applicable;

2. No notification system was selected;

3. Withdraw the application;

4. those who apply for "level 1" and are exempt from simultaneous interpretation.

Relevant personnel are requested to upload the electronic version of relevant certification materials to the registration service platform as an aid before April 16: 00, September 10 and 202 16:00 respectively, and log in to Anhui personnel before April 18 and September 12 respectively.

The materials required for on-site inspection are as follows:

1. Download the 1 registration form from the national professional and technical qualification examination registration service platform and sign it for confirmation;

2. My identity certificate (consistent with the certificate type on the application form);

3. Candidates who apply for the first-level translation exam need to provide the second-level translation certificate in the corresponding language and category or the professional post certificate for my evaluation and engagement of translators;

4. proof of study (graduate students with master's degree in translation are exempt from examination).

All the above certificates and vouchers shall be provided with 1 original and 65438 copies respectively.

On-site manual verification is organized and implemented by the municipal human resources and social departments. Municipal departments of human resources and social security should report the time and place of manual verification of translation test sites in the region to the Provincial Personnel Examination Institute before April 16 and September 10 respectively, and complete the manual verification of translation test sites before April 22 and September 16 respectively.

All verification departments should take measures to seriously carry out verification work. Anyone who does not meet the registration conditions in the verification will be disqualified immediately; Those who practise fraud will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations.

Before verification, the applicant can modify the application information by himself; After verification, the applicant cannot make any changes. Please apply in strict accordance with the procedures and tips, and pay attention to the notice of the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform, Anhui personnel examination network and municipal personnel examination website.

For the postgraduate students of translation who are exempt from the examination, the interface verification and spot check are adopted after the examination. Do not meet the conditions, according to the "professional and technical personnel registration certificate notice system" (people's test center letter [202 1] 1No.) of the relevant provisions.

(4) Online payment

According to the Notice on Adjusting the Examination Fees for the National Translation Professional Qualification (Level) Examination (Foreign Examination Office Zi [2016] No.6) and Anhui Development and Reform Charge Letter [2019] No.40, the fees for the 20021Translation Professional Qualification (Level) Examination are three levels. The subjects of "comprehensive translation ability" at all levels are 6 1 yuan, and the subjects of "translation practice" at all levels are 65 yuan.

Applicants who pass the verification can pay directly. Payment time is:

Whether the applicants pay fees successfully or not shall be subject to the results displayed on the registration service platform of the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination. Those who fail to go through the registration formalities according to the prescribed procedures and time limit or fail to pay the examination fee shall be deemed to have given up registration automatically.

Four, test center setting and admission ticket processing

The interpretation test center is located in Hefei; The translation test center is located in the seat of the municipal government with districts (translation candidates from Guangde City and susong county City take the test in Xuancheng City and Anqing City respectively). Each examination area should save the video materials of examination monitoring within the required time limit. The Provincial Personnel Examinations Institute collects the registration information of the whole province and arranges the examination room and admission ticket number.

Candidates log on to the Anhui Personnel Examination Network to download and print the admission ticket after June 15, 202 16: 00 (the first half of the exam) and June 1 16: 00 (the second half of the exam).

(1) Spot check. Examination institutions will conduct spot checks according to a certain proportion, focusing on verifying the implementation of candidates' commitments.

(2) Key supervision. The examination institutions will focus on the supervision of applicants who apply for the exemption level and are unable to check the relevant certification materials online, or those who are reported by social supervision, and require the applicants to submit relevant certification materials.

(3) Smart supervision. Examination institutions will intelligently supervise the judgment of specific situations through big data comparison and artificial intelligence technology.

The applicant shall accept and cooperate with the examination institutions for verification. Those who refuse to accept the verification within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the examination qualification.

(2) Social supervision

For the certification materials that are difficult to verify, the examination institutions will publicize the relevant personnel through portals, official WeChat accounts and other channels, and accept social supervision.

(3) Error handling

Before the examination, if the examination institution finds that the applicants do not meet the requirements for the examination, the examination registration will be invalid and the paid fees will not be refunded.

After the examination, if the examination institutions find that the applicants do not meet the requirements for the examination during verification or daily supervision and obtain the examination results, the examination results of all subjects at that time will be invalid; Those who have obtained qualification certificates and achievement certificates are invalid.

Applicants who have committed serious violations of discipline and discipline, such as providing false certification materials or obtaining corresponding qualification certificates or achievement certificates by other improper means, shall be dealt with in accordance with Articles 10 and 12 of the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel (OrderNo. 10). 3. Candidates can log in to official website, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Personnel Testing Center, and get familiar with the test answering interface and test process in advance through the simulated answering system.

Candidates should use black ink pen to take the exam. Candidates who take the translation practice exam can bring a paper-based Chinese-foreign dictionary and a paper-based Chinese-foreign dictionary respectively. Instruments with (electronic) recording/storage/calculation/communication functions and examination-related materials other than those specified shall not be brought into the examination room seats.

5. The interpretation and translation examination rooms are provided with draft papers for examiners to use and take back after the examination.

Candidates must arrive at the examination room 30 minutes in advance. After the start of the interpretation examination, late candidates are not allowed to enter the interpretation examination room, and candidates are not allowed to leave early during the examination. After the translation examination begins, candidates who are more than 5 minutes late are not allowed to enter the translation examination room, and candidates are not allowed to hand in their papers and leave within 2 hours.

7. Before taking the interpretation test, the candidates must test and confirm whether the recording, playing and input functions of the test equipment are normal. After the interpretation practice test, candidates should confirm whether their answers are recorded normally.

8. Candidates must strictly abide by the examination rules, operating instructions and answering requirements listed in the computer examination system. During the examination, invigilators should follow the arrangement in case of abnormal situations such as machine failure and network failure.

(2) Examination outline

The syllabus of the 20021annual translation examination in different languages, levels and subjects has been published on the national translation professional qualification (level) examination network ().

(3) The examinations will be arranged in Guangde and susong county.

The examinations in Guangde City and susong county City were arranged by Xuancheng City and Anqing City respectively. Please ask the relevant units to make good connections and arrangements.
