I bring my household registration book, ID card and photo+photo receipt to the Exit-Entry Administration of the Public Security Bureau where my household registration is located. I can make an appointment online.

If you are a registered state employee, you have to take your application back to your unit for approval.

If it is a foreign household registration, you have to go back to the household registration, which is impossible here.

The following is the process:

1. official website, list the entry and exit hall, and fill out an appointment form with the optional date within one month and the detailed address of the jurisdiction;

2. Bring my certificate to the Entry-Exit Administration to fill in the form and hand in the papers according to the appointment time;

3. Pay by bank card as required;

4. receipt of the certificate;

On or after the date shown on the receipt, you can get it with your ID card and receipt. About 15 working days
