5. Examination

(1) Written examination.

The written examination is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. 1. Written test method. The written examination takes a closed-book format, and the content of the written examination is a test of basic public knowledge and professional abilities. The exam does not specify exam guidance books.

2. Written test time: May 11, 2013. Please refer to the written examination admission ticket for the specific time, location and relevant requirements of the written examination.

(2) Interview

1. Qualification review.

Before the interview, the Hebei Provincial Higher People's Court will review the qualifications of the candidates participating in the interview. During the review of qualifications, interviewers should provide the originals of their ID cards, admission tickets, graduation certificates, academic degree certificates and other relevant materials in accordance with the qualification requirements of the recruitment position. 2. Interview candidates confirmed. 4. The interview is conducted in a structured manner, mainly testing the overall quality and related abilities of the candidates. The interview adopts a hundred-point system and is scored on the spot. The interview score adopts the "gymnastics scoring" method. One score and the lowest score are removed, and the average of the other scores is used as the interview score.

5. Total score synthesis. After the interview, the total test score will be calculated based on the written test score and the interview score, with a full score of 100 points. Among them, the written test score and interview score account for 40% and 60% respectively. When calculating the candidate's score, two decimal places are retained.

6. Physical Examination, Assessment and Publicity

Based on the total score of the candidates, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores. If the total test scores are the same, the candidates who will enter the physical examination will be determined in the following order: children or spouses of martyrs, those with higher academic qualifications (degrees), those with grassroots work experience or longer grassroots work experience, and those with higher vocational aptitude test scores. If the above conditions are the same, they will all undergo physical examination and inspection, and the best candidates will be hired based on the results of physical examination and inspection. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment.

For those who pass the physical examination, their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. will be assessed, and their qualifications will be reviewed. 7. Employment
