How do mainland students qualify to become practicing lawyers in Macao after obtaining a master's degree in law from the University of Macau?

In Macao, two conditions are needed. First, you must become a permanent resident of Macao; Secondly, regarding academic qualifications, the articles of association of the Macao Bar Association stipulate that you must obtain a bachelor's degree in law from the Law School of the University of Macao, or a bachelor's degree in law from a country or region outside Macao, and you must attend the Macao Law (Introduction) course offered by the Law School of the University of Macao or the Macao Judicial Training Center for about two years. Only in this way can you apply to the Macao Bar Association to become a trainee lawyer.

In other words, no matter what degree you get in Macao, bachelors, masters and doctors are not qualified to practice in Macao.
