2. If a massage service venue continues to operate from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. every day, it must be registered in time during this period. The identity information of the people consuming in the premises shall be reported to the public security organs in a timely manner;

3. Massage service establishments shall establish a roster of employees and record the management personnel, waiters, massage technicians, security personnel and employees involved in business activities. Other personnel working in massage service establishments shall be managed uniformly.
