The basic conditions that internal auditors should have should be comprehensively considered from the aspects of internal auditors' personal quality, minimum education, training, work and audit experience and ability.

1. Personal qualities: A qualified internal auditor should have the following qualities: "Open-minded, mature, strong in judgment and analysis, tough, able to observe the situation objectively and fully understand the complex situation and the role of various departments in the whole organization.
