In order to advocate civilized sacrifice, reduce environmental pollution, prevent fire accidents, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, and maintain the order of condolence and sacrifice sweeping, according to the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Guangzhou" and other relevant regulations, the notice on prohibiting fireworks and firecrackers in funeral service places in our district is as follows:

All funeral service places in Conghua District (including Guangdong Conghua Huaxia Permanent Cemetery, Conghua District Funeral Parlour, public columbarium in towns and streets, columbarium building, etc.

3. Requirements for No Burning and No Releasing

(1) All funeral service places should do a good job in propaganda and guidance of no burning and fireworks, no naked flame and strict smoking control, effectively strengthen control, and set up checkpoints at the entrance of the memorial site (guard security room, discourage citizens from setting off fireworks and firecrackers; It is forbidden to store, sell and set off fireworks and firecrackers in funeral service places, and create a low-carbon, environmentally friendly, civilized and safe funeral environment.

(Second, party member and cadres should take the lead in implementing the regulations on banning burning and fireworks, strictly controlling smoking and advocating civilized and green ways of offering sacrifices in accordance with the Notice on the Opinions of party member Cadres Taking the Lead in Promoting Funeral Reform issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council (No.23 [213] of the CPC Central Committee). Party member and cadres who do not comply with the provisions of this circular shall be dealt with by relevant departments in accordance with relevant regulations.

(3) Any unit or individual has the right to dissuade, stop and report violations of this circular. To discourage people, stop people, informants to take revenge or threaten their personal safety, by the relevant departments in accordance with the law.

(4) Violation of this circular, which constitutes a violation of public security administration, shall be punished by the relevant departments according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
