Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management and service of the Institute;
2. Responsible for notification, document processing, information publicity, comprehensive file management, and writing all kinds of relevant working materials, meeting minutes, cooperation agreements and news articles in the hospital;
3 responsible for the writing and information exchange of materials such as external publicity; Management and information release of hospital websites, hospital social media accounts and hospital Chinese and English publicity screens;
4. Responsible for the lease, use and maintenance of daily infrastructure, and the audit, registration, coding, management, entry and identification of fixed assets;
5. Be responsible for the preparation of academic exchanges and conferences, and assist in planning and organizing visiting receptions and major events;
6. Responsible for financial reimbursement and other work;
7. Assist in the recruitment and management of international students and postdoctoral students;
8. Assist to participate in laboratory management and fire safety.
Second, the basic conditions

2. Interview. The assessment team initially screened the candidates, determined the interview list and conducted an open-ended difference interview. The interview time will be announced separately. On the day of the interview, the qualification examination will be conducted simultaneously. Applicants are required to bring their ID card (passport), academic degree certificate (current graduates are required to provide proof of study and transcripts), award-winning certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, original and photocopy of work experience certificate 1 copy. The original shall be returned in person after examination, and the copy shall be kept.
3. Physical examination. After passing the interview, candidates should provide the recent (after June 2065438+2008 15) physical examination results to the employer before joining the company. Physical examination items include but are not limited to: blood routine, urine routine, four blood lipids, liver function, renal function, blood sugar, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, abdominal B-ultrasound, urinary system color ultrasound and gynecological color ultrasound (female).

Fourth, employment management.
Hired personnel shall be managed according to the contract, not accounting for the establishment of the school, treated as similar personnel in the school, and participate in social insurance according to regulations.
