Plastic suction machine (also known as thermoplastic molding machine) is a machine that heats and plasticizes thermoplastic coils such as PVC, PE, PP, PET and HIPS, and then sucks them into advanced packaging and decoration boxes, frames and other products in various shapes.

Principle: Thermoplastic coiled materials such as PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester and high impact polystyrene are heated and plasticized by vacuum suction. It is sucked into various shapes of high-grade packaging decorative boxes, photo frames and other products.

How to use:

1. First, check whether the moving parts are in their original positions;

2. The oil level of the vacuum pump must be located at the center line of the observation window. When it is insufficient, vacuum oil needs to be added;

3. Add oil with an oil mist device, and add proper lubricating oil to the moving parts such as the guide pillar cylinder shaft;

4. Check the compressor oil level. If it is not enough, turn on the circulating water switch;

5. Press the three-phase power supply, check the running direction of the vacuum pump or compressor, and officially start it after it is confirmed;

6. Press the main power button, and then turn on the electric heating switch for preheating;

7. Adjust the heating time, cooling time, vacuum time, vacuum delay time, mold loading time, demoulding time, delayed blowing, core pulling and secondary mold loading time of each product;

8. Press the compressed power supply, adjust the pressure to about 0.6-0.8Mpa, and then check whether the components move normally;

9. Put all parts back in place, turn the switch to the automatic position, and then run for 3 minutes to check whether the program runs normally;

10. After the vacuum pump is started, it will automatically run in the machine. After the lower cylinder rises, you will hear vacuum sound absorption or vacuum pointer return, indicating that the vacuum system is normal;

12. Turn the switch to manual, and then manually debug whether each action is normal;

13. Automatic operation: put all switches to be used in the automatic position. After heating, return the electric furnace to the empty position, then press Auto Start, and the machine will automatically finish the upper die, lower die, vacuumizing, cold air and demoulding.
