What documents do property engineering supervision need?

Property engineering supervision needs a registered property manager. You don't need qualification certificate or employment certificate to engage in property management activities. There is only one real nationally recognized property management qualification certificate, namely "registered property manager". 2065438+June 2009, after research and demonstration, the State Council decided to cancel the professional qualification license and recognition. In other words, currently engaged in property management, except for technical positions such as engineering personnel and financial personnel, other management activities do not require property management qualification certificates.

Property management is mainly responsible for the maintenance, conservation and management of common parts of the property; Operation, maintenance, conservation and management of property sharing facilities and equipment; Patrol and inspection within the property management area; Decoration management in the property management area; Water supply, power supply, gas supply, telecommunications and other units shall coordinate and manage the maintenance of relevant pipelines and facilities in the property management area.

The property management company will establish property files, including property design and construction drawings, household files, property rights files and electronic information files. To facilitate the service of residents and provide them with a comprehensive, safe and comfortable living environment.
