General situation of Shannipo hydropower station project
According to the planning of Guizhou power system, the power station will be connected to Guizhou power system for operation after it is put into operation, and the power station will participate in the system peak regulation after it is merged into the power grid, and the full generation of units will be considered as much as possible during the wet season. The functions of Shannipo Hydropower Station in the system are as follows: peak shaving is the main task in dry season; In flood season, basic load and waist load are the main factors.
The power station consists of barrage, dam body flood discharge system, right bank water diversion system, surge shaft and underground powerhouse. The power station is a class III medium-sized project, the dam is a class II building, and the water diversion and power generation system is a class III building.
The installed capacity of this power station is 2×90MW, which is a medium-sized power station, underground powerhouse and water diversion from the right bank. The diversion system is arranged in the form of "one hole, one well, one pipe and two generators", that is, the water is led from the water intake to the surge shaft through the diversion tunnel, and then the surge shaft passes through a pressure main pipe, and the two pressure branch steel pipes are respectively connected to the two hydro-generator sets in front of the plant, and then discharged into the downstream river through their respective draft pipes. The inner diameter of diversion tunnel is 8m, the length of diversion tunnel is about 2496.83m, and the surge chamber is impedance, with an inner diameter of 23m and a height of 70m. The surge chamber is connected with penstock, with a diameter of 6.7m, a total length of about 1 10 m, and a branch pipe with a diameter of 3.95m after bifurcation. Two vertical shaft Francis turbine generators with a single capacity of 90MW are installed, and the longest branch pipe is about 48m. The design reference flow of the power station is 209 m3/s, and the single-machine reference flow is104.5m3/s. The annual average power generation water intake of the power station is 31.1100 million cubic meters.
Shannipo Hydropower Station is a diversion power station. In order to ensure the ecological flow, the diversion tunnel is connected with penstock to divert water, and a 1 5.5MW small hydro-generator set is installed on the right bank about 400m behind the dam. It is expected that the embedded parts of the foundation of this unit (large unit) will be buried in September 20 12; 1 unit (large unit) will be put into operation on February 30th, 20th13rd; The second unit (large unit) will be put into operation in March 20 14. Small steam turbines are put into operation after 1 large units are connected.
This power station is a third-class medium-sized project. The maximum dam height 1 19.40 m, the static investment of the project is 65.438+520 million yuan, and the total investment is 65.438+692 million yuan. The project is scheduled to be put into production in September 20 13.
