Brief introduction of Henan National University Science Park

The park was recognized as a national incubator by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2006. In 2006 and 2007, it was recognized by the Innovation Fund Management Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology as an innovation fund and entrepreneurial project service organization for small and medium-sized enterprises in the initial stage, and in 2007, it was recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a national service organization for college students' scientific and technological entrepreneurship enterprises. From June, 5438 to February, 2008, it was awarded the title of "Advanced Service Organization for the 20th Anniversary of National Science and Technology Plan (Torch Plan)" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. 20 10- 10 was recognized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology as an internship base for college students' scientific and technological entrepreneurship.

Henan National University Science Park is located atNo. changchun road 1 1 Zhengzhou High-tech Zone, covering an area of about 40 hectares, with a total construction area of 620,000 square meters and a total investment of about 2 billion yuan. The first phase of the industrial base has a total construction area of 84,000 square meters and has been successfully completed and put into use. The second phase of the project with a total construction area of 450,000 square meters has started construction and is expected to be completed and put into use before 20 10. The planned East Zone of Henan National University Science Park is located at the intersection of the West Third Ring Road and Dongfeng Road in Zhengzhou City, with a land area of 103.34 hectares and a planned total construction area of 2.098 million square meters. It is estimated that the total investment of the project is about 4.6 billion yuan.

By the end of 2008, there were 252 incubating enterprises and 78 graduated enterprises in Henan National University Science Park. The park mainly involves electronic information, optics, mechatronics, new materials, biomedicine, new energy, environmental protection and other fields, including 2 national R&D centers, 6 provincial R&D centers, 6 municipal R&D centers and 7 key laboratories. The number of employees is 4237. In the whole year of 2008, enterprises in the park realized a total income of 948.75 million yuan from technology, industry and trade, a total industrial output value of 835.83 million yuan, a tax revenue of 50.02 million yuan and a profit of 214.82 million yuan.

The park adopts the mode of "multi-schools and one park * * * for common development", and builds a platform for incubating and transforming scientific research achievements in colleges and universities, relying on the advantages of scientific research, talents and experimental equipment in colleges and universities and the advantages of Zhengzhou High-tech Zone in terms of policies, environment, services and funds. By promoting the incubation and transformation of innovative scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in the province, the superior innovative resources such as knowledge, technology and talents of colleges and universities will be effectively introduced into regional economic development, making it an important force to promote regional economic growth.
