I. Recruitment positions and number of people

(1) combatants on duty (8 persons)

Engaged in front-line fire fighting and rescue work, we must undertake combat readiness tasks.

(2) Fire truck drivers (2 persons)

Engaged in front-line duty fire truck driving and other work, need to undertake duty combat readiness tasks.

Second, the registration qualification

(1) Registration requirements

(1) has China nationality;

(2) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), abide by national laws and regulations, have good moral sentiment, psychological quality and strong discipline, and be able to keep work secrets;

(3) Willing to engage in fire fighting and rescue work, with the spirit of loyalty, dedication and hard work;

(4) Male, with junior high school education or above;

(5) Physical quality is up to standard, and physical and mental health conforms to the physical examination standard of Occupational Health Standard for Firefighters (GBZ 22 1-2009);

(6) The age of recruits engaged in combat posts on duty should be 18-35 years old, and the age of retired soldiers and those who quit the national comprehensive fire rescue team can be appropriately relaxed; The age of the recruiter for duty car driver post should be 18-35 years old, and he must hold B2 or above driver's license, with driving experience of 2 years and skilled driving skills. If the driving experience is 5 years, the age may be relaxed as appropriate;

(seven) under the same conditions, give priority to receiving qualified personnel with college education or above, retired officers and men of the People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force, retired officers and men of the national comprehensive fire rescue team, and full-time fire brigades of local governments and enterprises.

(2) It is not applicable in any of the following circumstances:

(1) Having received criminal punishment or administrative punishment for public security;

(2) Having a serious personal bad credit record;

(three) by the party (group) or political disciplinary action;

(four) once worked in the city's fire rescue team, was fired or dismissed;

(5) A lineal relative or a close relative has been sentenced to punishment, and himself or a lineal relative or a collateral relative who has a great influence on himself has been put on file for examination or is serving a sentence of fixed-term imprisonment or above; Lineal blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves shall be sentenced for endangering national security;

(6) Physical examination standards refer to the occupational health standards of firefighters. Those who fail the medical examination will not be hired;

(seven) there are other circumstances that are not suitable for fire control work.

Third, the recruitment process

The specific recruitment procedures are as follows: acceptance of registration → qualification examination → physical fitness test → theoretical knowledge test → interview → physical examination → publicity → internship → employment and other procedures.

Working time and place:

Combatants (drivers) who have passed the pre-job training and assessment shall be uniformly assigned to Zhengjiaping Fire Rescue Station or Tangjiadi Duty Station by Tongshan County Fire Brigade.

Combatants on duty (fire truck drivers) work for five days and rest for two days, and are on duty 24 hours a day. Those who have no living conditions in this county can also enjoy 1 8 consecutive days of holiday every month.

If there is a special task, we will arrange another vacation.

Salary:

1. Newcomers practice for two months with a salary of 2000 yuan. After the internship expires, sign a contract, evaluate the corresponding grades according to different academic qualifications, different service years and different positions, and raise the corresponding salary grades step by step. The monthly salary of combatants on duty is 3400+ (including five insurances and one gold), and that of fire truck drivers is about 3550+ (including five insurances and one gold).

2. At the end of each year, the annual bonus and salary will be paid according to the assessment;

3. Personnel who have obtained the national vocational qualification grade certificate related to fire fighting and rescue work shall be paid a monthly post allowance of 200- 1200 yuan according to the grade;

4. Served as deputy monitor, monitor, assistant stationmaster, deputy stationmaster, stationmaster and other management positions with a monthly salary of 200- 1300 yuan.

1. After one year's employment, you can participate in the competition of Tangjiadi government full-time fire rescue station;
