The internship at Mengniu Tianjin Branch lasted about two months. As a student who has been in school until now, this experience is really unique. This is my first working experience, and it is hard work. It was also fun, and it was definitely an unforgettable experience.

Mengniu Dairy Group was established in January 1999. It is headquartered in Shengle Economic Park, Horinger County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia. It has total assets of 7.6 billion yuan, 30,000 employees, and a dairy product production capacity of 4 million tons per year. So far, Mengniu Group has established more than 20 production bases in 15 provinces and municipalities across the country.

Our internship is located in the 27th branch of the Mengniu Ice Cream Production Division of Tianjin Xilaishun Food Co., Ltd., located at No. 1 Feiying Road, Shigezhuang Town, Wuqing District, Tianjin. We belong to the company's production office and implement a 12-hour working day with two shifts. The production department has two workshops in the north and south, and six production lines. Lines 1, 2 and 3 belong to the north workshop, and lines 4, 5 and 6 are in the south workshop, with two material rooms.

The staffing of their production department is roughly like this: there is a production department manager and four workshop directors, which are divided into Class A, Class B, South Workshop, and North Workshop. Each line has a squad leader, and there are 12 squad leaders for Class A and B. The material room is for Class A and B, and there are 4 squad leaders. Each line has a team leader, which depends on the actual situation of each line. Except for the third and fourth lines of the manual line, there is basically a condensation team leader and a packing team leader. The segmentation depends on production needs.

The first line mainly produces green mood (green salsa) and small puddings; the second line produces the most varieties, including pure rock sugar, old popsicles, grassland yogurt, mung bean corps, taro crispy skin, zero point coffee, ice grapes, and eggs Milk cake, it is said that Tilan Shengxue was also produced, but I didn’t catch up. The third line produces random 18-degree, fragrant snow cups, and milk cups; the fourth line produces medium bricks, pure (strawberry flavor); the fifth line only produces small puddings; the sixth line produces pure rock sugar, apple pie, and pineapple pie.

I am in the second tier, so I am relatively familiar with second tier products. Pure rock sugar and old popsicles have the same ingredients, but use different molds. They are both the first choice for quenching thirst in summer and are cheap. Prairie yogurt, the yogurt tastes very pure. Among so many popsicles, it has a special taste. If you like yogurt, you will definitely like it. Mung Bean Corpse is a two-layer sandwich made with selected mung bean ingredients and boiled. It has the same effect as mung bean porridge, cooling and relieving heat. Taro crispy skin and Lingdian coffee both have chocolate crispy skin. Lingdian coffee has a strong bitter coffee taste. If you like coffee, you can try it. The egg custard cake and iced grapes are both three-layer sandwich. As the name suggests, egg milk cake contains eggs and milk as the main ingredients. The finished product is white on the outside, has a layer of chocolate filling in the middle, and has a yellow filling on the inside. The taste is okay. I think ice grapes are quite good. The important thing is that they have grapes, so the production process is more complicated.

The second-line production process is roughly like this. After batching in the material room, the material liquid enters the aging tank. The material liquid enters the freezing machine from the aging tank for freezing and puffing, and is sent to the filling car for unloading. After cooling to a certain extent in the mold, the rod is inserted, and then enters the sterilization tank and boiling water tank. If you need to dip chocolate in the water film tank, there is also a chocolate tank. A chocolate pump will send the prepared chocolate to the chocolate tank. A robot will pull out the frozen popsicles, drop them on the conveyor belt, and send them to packaging. The machine is used for packaging and then cartoning, which is basically 40 pieces per box. The last step is warehousing. In this way, our line has a squad leader, two team leaders, a condensation worker, two stick inserters (most often four), a main engine worker to manage the main line, a craftsman, a robot, and three Included are operators, six packing people, one warehousing person, and one auxiliary materials person.

Some problems were also discovered during the internship. Most of the main managers here are from Inner Mongolia. There are too many idle people online, resulting in some people not having any specific jobs at all. The salary calculation here is not very clear, and the specific payment standards are very vague.

During this internship, I learned a lot, not just professional knowledge related to myself, but a kind of spirit - Mengniu spirit, a kind of work experience, an experience of dealing with different problems, A kind of test when faced with difficult problems. We discovered abilities that we had never known before. Of course, we also noticed some of our own problems. Our will was not strong enough, we had the idea of ??quitting midway, and we were afraid of difficulties when encountering problems, but we persisted in the end.
