There are many recruitment data, including interview rate, employment rate, registration rate, retention rate, cost, turnover rate and so on. Personally, I think recruitment can be analyzed from the following angles:

Recruitment channels, a position may have multiple recruitment channels, so we need to consider which position is more suitable for recruitment from which channel;

Recruitment cost is of reference significance to your recruitment cost budget;

The turnover rate will have an impact on your later recruitment plan;

Recruitment cycle, the recruitment cycle corresponding to each position is different, so the arrival time will be predicted when recruiting positions;
