Why doesn't Huayuan high-speed rail mention it now? Is it yellow?

According to the website of Hunan Provincial People's Government, as of September 2023, Huayuan High-speed Railway has been included in the medium and long-term development plan of Hunan Province.

Huayuan high-speed railway, that is, Yuxiang high-speed railway, has a total construction period of 66 months. Construction started on June 20 19, and it is planned to be completed and opened to traffic in June 2025. The high-speed rail line is based on high-speed railway station and Xiangxi Airport, and a "dual-core and multi-point" comprehensive transportation network pattern is constructed.

Therefore, Huayuan high-speed railway is in the planning and construction stage and is temporarily put on hold.
