Water Supply
"Yuhang District Water Supply Professional Plan" (revised), the site selection belongs to the Yuhang Group Water Supply System of Yuhang District. The water supply planning of this system is mainly solved by Hangzhou transfer. The shortfall will be solved by transfer from Yanhe Water Plant and Jingshan Water Plant. In order to ensure the safety of water supply, a DN1000 pipeline has been built on Provincial Highway 02 to connect the water supply system of Yuhang Group and Lin'an Water Division. Due to the floor height difference, the height difference from the access point of Provincial Highway 02 to the selected site is nearly 70 meters. In order to ensure the safety of water supply, two lifting pump stations need to be built midway. The area of ??the pump station is temporarily according to 600 m2 controlled. Drainage
The annual domestic drainage volume of this project is: 6.935x103m3; the annual production drainage volume is: 63.8×105m3.
The sewage and wastewater discharged from this project will be collected through the pipe network and sent to the landfill leachate treatment station for treatment until it reaches the reuse water standard and will be fully reused. In order to rationally utilize water resources and save water, part of the return water of the cooling water of each auxiliary machine of the boiler turbine in this project is used as supplementary water for circulating water, and part is used as boiler blowdown cooling water, which is then lifted and sent to the circulating water by the reuse water pump. The return water system also serves as supplementary water for circulating water; for water points with low water quality requirements, such as slag cooling, ash slag humidification, fly ash solidification, etc., the concentrated wastewater discharged from the sewage treatment station and landfill leachate treatment station is used ; Circulating water sewage is used for ground washing; the landfill leachate generated in this project is treated to meet the standard water quality of reused water and then used as supplementary water for circulating water. This not only achieves the reuse of water, but also improves the water reuse rate. It also achieves zero discharge of waste water.
After being organized, the rainwater is discharged into the nearby rainwater pipe network, and finally discharged into Dongtiao River through the flood drainage ditch.
Electricity
The total installed capacity of this project is 60MW, equipped with two N30-3.80/395 medium-pressure condensing steam turbines and two QF-30 generators. The average annual total power generation is 3.761×108kW·h, the average annual grid-connected power is about 3.159×108kW·h, and the self-consumption power is 0.602×108kW·h.
The installed capacity of this phase of the project is two 30MW generator sets, the generator outlet voltage is 10.5kV, and the 10kV generator section I and II busbars are provided. It is boosted to a 110kV system through two main transformers with a capacity of 40MVA. The 110kV system adopts single busbar segmented wiring and is connected to the superior substation with two 110kV lines.
The AC motor voltage levels of this project are AC10kV and AC380V, and the factory power voltage levels are 10kV and 380/220V. 10kV is an ungrounded system. The 380V system wiring type adopts TN-C-S system.
Except for a few cables that are directly buried in the ground, all cables in the factory are laid along the cable trench. The cables should be laid in layers in the cable trench, with power cables on the upper layer and control cables on the lower layer.
The cables in the factory building are laid in cable trenches, cable bridges and partially through steel pipes.

Waste residue
The disposal of waste residue in this project is currently based on comprehensive utilization. Fly ash
Currently calculated based on the 3000T/d waste incineration capacity of the incineration plant, the amount of fly ash produced after incineration is 83T/d, and its disposal method is to wash it with water and then send it to the cement kiln. Centralized and comprehensive disposal can effectively prevent secondary pollution of fly ash.
