Why is Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone restricted?

According to the information of Tianjin Municipal People's Government, as of September 4, 2023, Nangang Industrial Zone has taken restrictive measures to control traffic flow, reduce road congestion and ensure the operational efficiency of the industrial zone.

The time limit is from 7: 00 am to 8: 00 pm on weekdays, and holidays are not limited. During the restricted period, foreign vehicles are not allowed to enter the restricted area, otherwise they will be fined and detained.
