I. Registration conditions

According to document Su Jianfa [2022] No.9, any appraisal institution that comes to register must meet the following conditions at the same time, otherwise it will not be registered:

(a) to participate in the registration of housing expropriation and evaluation agencies, it must be the credit verification of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the practice registration of the Municipal Collection Service Center, and the list of housing expropriation and evaluation agencies published in 2022.

(2) Intermediaries participating in the assessment and registration of house expropriation must ensure that there are not less than 2 registered real estate appraisers and not less than 5 full-time personnel trained by the Municipal Housing Expropriation Industry Association to work at the expropriation site.

(3) At the time of registration, only the legal representative or authorized client of the appraisal institution is accepted for on-site registration (if the authorized client comes to register, he must hold the power of attorney of the legal representative and affix the official seal of the unit).

(1) Business license, filing certificate, legal representative's ID card, identity certificate and official seal of the appraisal institution.
