Two. Requirements of enterprises and personnel receiving subsidies

(A) Takeaway industry

Those who receive subsidies from the take-away industry must be on-the-job employees who focus on monitoring through the take-away e-commerce platform, carry out take-away distribution services, and reach the final consumers directly. (2) Express delivery industry

Third, the distribution standard.

Employees engaged in take-away distribution and express delivery in enterprises that meet the above conditions can get 60 yuan subsidy funds every day. Each person is limited to receive the subsidy once a day, and cannot receive it across platforms (if the distributor meets the subsidy conditions on more than two platforms on that day, the subsidy will be received at the platform where the distributor receives the order as early as that day).

Fourth, matching funds.

According to the existing financial system, subsidy funds are allocated by the municipal, district (county) levels.

If it is found that the take-away e-commerce platform, postal express delivery enterprises violate their commitments, fictional personnel defraud subsidies and other illegal situations, relevant subsidies will not be issued, and those that have been issued will be recovered.
